Emotional Intelligence (EI)

Firo-B

Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation (FIRO) is a theory of interpersonal relations. This tool measures how individuals feel about three interpersonal areas of inclusion, control and affection. It helps people to work through how their style and need for interaction with others impacts on their relationships with others.


Hogan

The Hogan Personality, Development and Motives, Values & Preferences inventories are rigorous ways to measure the ‘bright side’, the ‘dark side’ and the ‘inside’ of personality. These reports give you valuable insights into a leader’s abilities in the workplace and is used in both assessment and development settings. As the questionnaire results are benchmarked with other leaders it provides an accurate and credible picture of strengths and development needs at the right level.


MBTI

Based on theories originated by Jung, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment measures psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions.
It emphasises the value of naturally occurring differences and is frequently used for career counselling, group dynamics, training, coaching and personal development. Approximately
5 million people complete the questionnaire globally each year.


NLP

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) studies how individuals and organisations get outstanding results and then teaches this to others to become resourceful for themselves in order to change patterns of mental and emotional behaviour. It is outcome focused, forward looking and is often transformational.


OPQ

The Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) helps you see how individuals fit within your work environment, how they will work with others and how they are likely to perform against job competencies. By understanding the strengths and weaknesses of applicants, it’s easier for you to match the right person to the right job. OPQ can also be used as a development tool.


Seven Eyed Coaching Supervision

The Seven Eyed model of coaching supervision focuses on various different influences on coaching activity.  It is based on a systems understanding of the way things connect, inter-relate and drive activity. It also integrates insights and aspects of psychotherapy and the internal life of individuals.


Strengthscope

The Strengthscope assessment tool provides a comprehensive measurement of an individual’s strengths and the extent to which these are productively applied at work. Strengthscope strengths are broken down into four ‘clusters’: Emotional, Relational, Thinking and Execution. By focusing on strengths, the team or individual becomes energised and confident, and identifies how to use these strengths to become more productive and fulfilled.
