I hold a Masters degree in Strategic HR, and am certified to use a wide range of tools including OPQ, MBTI, EI, Firo-B, Archetypes, Hogan Personality, Development and Motives & Preferences inventories, and Cultural Transformation Tools. I’m certified by The Leadership Circle to use their LCP and LCS tools. I’m also a certified NLP Practitioner and Time Line Therapy Practitioner.
I’m a Fellow of the CIPD, a graduate of Corporate Coach University (an ICF accredited qualification), and trained as a coaching supervisor with Peter Hawkins at the Bath Consultancy Group and with Robin Shohet from The Centre for Supervision and Team Development – the leading providers of coach supervision training and the authors of several books on the subject.
I launched The Padfield Partnership in 2000.
